WHEN TO COME TO BRUSSELS
The answer is, in two words: anytime, but....
Festivals, events and big city life continue all year through. But in general, most Brusseleirs enjoy the summer better than the winter, because the sun acts like Prozac on everybody. In wintertime, the rain can be a real downer, especially during the Christmas period. The only snow you'll find then is the fake snow on the big commercial christmas market. Great fun for some, totally depressing for the rest.
